Hill York’s Energy Solutions Group spearheaded a comprehensive energy savings program to help the City of Port St. Lucie save in excess of $154,000 a year in energy costs at their main municipal complex.Like many municipalities across the country, the City of Port St. Lucie faced the challenge of improving the infrastructure of an aging building portfolio with fixed or shrinking financial resources. City officials were seeking significant long-term energy savings as a funding vehicle for the improvements.

75,000 Pounds of Food and Supplies Delivered to Palm Beach County Food Bank during MSCA’s 2013 ConferenceFor its fourth year in a row, the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) partnered with Convoy of Hope to conduct a charity event. Prior to the conference, MSCA reached out to its members for help in raising $5,000 for the organization. 170 Package Roof-top Units Lifted in Less Than Four Hours at the Palm Beach Outlet MallHill York was recently selected to be the HVAC subcontractor on the new Palm Beach Outlet Mall construction project. A huge part of Phase I of this project occurred at the end of September when a team of 14 Hill Yorkers and a helicopter crew air-lifted and placed 170 units in less than four hours! This incredible feat translates into an average of one and a half minutes per unit! Hill York’s EVP, Jeff Phillabaum, was there for the event and said, “I couldn’t have been prouder to be a Hill Yorker. The planning and execution worked out perfectly.”
