Construction Operations is the largest and most visible business segment at Hill York. Whether it is new construction or retrofit, our efforts are focused on opportunities that will enable the horsepower of hygreen, maintenance and service to optimize value for our clients.
It starts with our Estimating Department where budgets are formed and tweaked. Each solution is designed to fit the particular needs of the client. After formulating a cost-effective budget, the knowledge gained during estimating and budgetary phase of the project is properly transferred to our pre-construction department. We then will begin to install, service and maintain the system for our clients.
We are very proud to say that Hill York has many lifetime clients, whose buildings are on their second and third generation of equipment installed and maintained by Hill York. The goals for our new construction team are: plan with care, deliver with quality, complete the project with feedbacks, and start again with improvements. That’s making life more comfortable!
