Staci is responsible for the overall coordination of all human resources (HR) functions for Hill York, including recruiting, employee relations, benefit administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, and payroll.
Additionally, she helps ensure consistent and fair corporate HR policies and practices, coordinates company events, helps maintain company facilities, and works with senior management to help accomplish key organizational goals.
Expertise
As a certified HR professional, Staci brings more than five years’ experience in a broad range of HR operations. She is adept at recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the addition of new team members, as well as managing a variety of ongoing HR needs.
In her former position as Human Resources Coordinator for a commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ductwork company, she developed and implemented numerous company policies and procedures. She was also responsible for employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing for more than 300 employees, and planning company events.
Additionally, Staci offers experience in accounting functions from a former position with a construction management firm, where she entered payroll hours, distributed subcontractor payments, and issued checks for building permits.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Association of Broward County.

Outside of work, Staci enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Theodore.
