For the City of St. Pete Beach, we implemented energy conservation measures, wireless control systems, and a solar thermal hot water system that reduced energy consumption in the City by over $33,000 annually—higher than initial projections.

We also worked to secure a rebate of approximately $3,000 for the City. The project was completed on time and on budget leading to high accolades from state auditors.

This comprehensive energy program earned us a letter of recommendation from the City of St. Pete Beach.
