For the City of St. Pete Beach, we implemented energy conservation measures, wireless control systems, and a solar thermal hot water system that reduced energy consumption in the City by over $33,000 annually—higher than initial projections.
We also worked to secure a rebate of approximately $3,000 for the City. The project was completed on time and on budget leading to high accolades from state auditors.
This comprehensive energy program earned us a letter of recommendation from the City of St. Pete Beach.
After being awarded an energy efficiency grant for the Florida Office of Energy, the City of St. Pete Beach selected us to design and implement a comprehensive energy-efficiency program.
Our solutions, which we engineered in-house and self-implemented included:
- Detailed energy assessments at City facilities
- High-efficiency HVAC systems
- Lighting systems
- Occupancy controls
- Solar thermal hot water heating
- Web-enabled controls
- Recommissioning of existing control systems
