As part of a campus expansion for a nonprofit ocean and sea turtle conservation facility, Hill York Service Company, LLC (Hill York) installed HVAC infrastructure and a complete chilled water system.
Our solutions for this mechanical phase of the project had a direct impact on the rehabilitation tanks for the turtles. Our worked included temperature control of water for the turtle tanks through heat exchanger technology. Additionally, we provided comfort cooling for newly constructed spaces.
The general contractor and engineer of record sought a highly skilled mechanical contractor they could trust to provide these services.
Hill York provided comprehensive services for the mechanical phase of this plan and spec project. Our solutions included installation of:
- Two 80-ton air-cooled chillers
- Two boilers
- A complete chilled water system for an existing facility
- Heat exchangers
